Caneva Aquapark is a water park located on Lake Garda near Verona, Italy, as part of a resort that also includes Movieland theme park. The park has an area of about 100,000 square meters and attractions typical of parks set in a film set; here you will find the large volcano film set in Los Angeles, you can meet the Pirates of the Caribbean and the girls of Baywatch.
Among the most thrilling rides the park offer the double ‘Black Hole’ that runs completely underground, which you travel through on a rubber tire, and the frightening ‘Stukas’, high and steep 32-metre drop enough to frighten anyone. There are also more well known attractions like the ‘Anaconda’ or the brilliant ‘Water Jump’. The park also has large swimming pools and many attractions to enjoy the soft water at will. The park has enough green space, in some parts are also loungers with parasols.
On the down side this water park is a bit pricey (25€/day plus 5€ for lockers) for what you get and some of the slides had ridiculously long queues. Food is just the usual junk and in the summer the park is too crowded to enjoy the rides.
All in all we have mixed feelings about this park. The ride variety is good and there are 2 or 3 top slides, but the queues were long for every ride and the park does need repainting in some areas (especially the changing areas)Web page Top Rides
