Shanghai Disney Resort, the lastest Disney franchise extravaganza, opened on June 16, 2016. The resort is located in Pudong, Shanghai, China and covers cover 390 hectares (963 acres).
The centerpiece of the resort is Shanghai Disneyland Park, that features the same themed lands as the other Disneyland-style parks, plus an interactive castle called Enchanted Storybook Castle that lies at the center of the park and Chinese gardens land with each of the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac represented by Disney characters.
As per the unique attractions the park is home to TRON Lightcycle Power Run, an indoor Tron-themed roller coaster.
The shows are an important park of Disney Park and the Shangai franchise is not an exception to this rule with Eye of the Storm: Captain Jack’s Stunt Spectacular, a stunt show inspired by the films and Siren’s Revenge, a shipwreck-themed 3-story interactive play area set aboard a wrecked French galleon.
