Following in the footsteps of Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando, the two SeaWorld Parks properties have both raised the cost of admission. Single-day tickets for SeaWorld Orlando will now cost $92 plus tax for adults and $84 for children, a rise of $3. Meanwhile, Busch Gardens Tampa will charge $89 plus tax for adults and $81 for children, a $4 increase.
SeaWorld Orlando has undertaken the biggest expansion in its history for 2013, opening the ambitious Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin dark ride and exhibit. Busch Gardens Tampa’s only significant addition is the Madagascar Live! Operation: Vacation show, with the park expected to announce a new drop tower ride for 2014 next week.
