Robot Land will be located an hour west of Seoul on a 1.15 million square meter waterfront site. Plans for the park consists of four incredible-sounding areas: Robot Kingdom, Kidbot Village, Robotopia and Fun City. It’s impossible to list everything, but a there’s a robot exhibition hall, convention hall and education center, robotic water rides and roller coasters and robot-themed parades, shows, restaurants and hotels. With its emphasis on edutainment and exploration of the future, the park draws comparisons to World Fairs of yesteryear, or the Epcot Center. South Korean government expects the park will be open in 2016.
