Flambards in Helston was put up for sale in May and entered administration on Friday.
It has now been sold to Livingstone Leisure Ltd, who said it “aims to develop the park and museums”.
The attraction, which had been run by the Kingsford-Hale family since 1976, will reopen at Easter.
Originally called the Cornwall Aero Park, the attraction grew into 27 acres of rides, museums and all-weather facilities.
It will undergo a refurbishment before reopening.
