First time here. Failed the opening day the last time we came to Italy back in 2014. So lots of expectations here.
At the gate, adults pay 24€, children 19€.
After a few hours rooming around, I have mixed feelings about the park. It felt something’s still missing. The themed areas, for instance, fail coherence, despite all the memorabilia from the Dino Di Laurentis studio sets. No parades, poor shows, as well.
Altair is a fantastic ride though. 10-Inversions. Only for the brave!!!.
Dante’s Inferno indoor rollercoaster is also a must. Atkium, water splash too.
But the best realistic event was the ride on the chariots in the Ben Hur film set. You book ahead, then take a short Bus ride to the film set and get a ride on a real chariot on the real arena where the film remake was taken in 2016. There are cameras on the chariots so you can collect your personal video (on a personalised USb stick) at the shop.
We didn’t stay until the end of the day spending the rest of the afternoon in a huge outdoor outlet nearby shopping.
