We’re very excited to be back in Florida for a week long at the Orlando theme parks. A few years have passed since our last field trip so it’s time to take a look at the new attractions.
First Stop. Disney Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort, the largest theme park in the world, covering 580 acres (230 ha).
It’s a big theme park so we arrived early (before 8 am) and headed to Discory Island themed land to see The Tree of Life, the park’s sculpted, man-made baobab tree.
Inside the Tree of Life you can find It’s Tough to Be a Bug!, a 3D film based on the 1998 Disney·Pixar film, A Bug’s Life.
Also at Discovey Land you can watch some of over 1700 animals that make the park their home.
